How Do I Get Started?
1. Once the group is ready to book, the wedding date is set, and they have decided on a hotel and travel window, request your Groups Your Way promo code (via one of the three methods below).

2. You will receive your promo code within 8 business hours. As soon as you receive this email you can book your groups online via VAX VacationAccess.
For all Groups Your Way bookings made to participating hotels, Funjet will contact the hotel 45 to 60 days prior to arrival to make them aware of the upcoming group. Funjet will send a final transmittal approximately 2 weeks from departure and will work with the hotel to ensure the group receives any applicable group inclusions, such as hotel comps. Within 2-4 weeks after travel, Funjet will contact the booking travel agent and advise of the ending comp value, if comps were earned. All comps are paid via refund to a reservation designated by the travel agent in the original form of payment. Please note our promo codes are based on the departure date only. We consider the ‘departure’ date the date your clients leave for their trip – the return date & length-of-stay have no bearing on our codes. As long as your clients are departing between the stated ‘valid departure dates’, the code will be valid.

All discount tiers at bonus resorts: Reservations $500-$999.99 receive $25 off per reservation; $1000-$2500 receive $50 off per reservation; $2501-$5000 receive $100 off per reservation; $5001-$6000 receive $200 off per reservation; $6001+ receive $225 off per reservation. Reservations under $500 will still use the code so they can still be recognized as part of the group for hotel inclusions. Discount for non-participating hotels is ½ the above amounts. Offer not valid for air-only groups. **Complimentary charter seat earned for 20 paid charter/value passengers through Groups Your Way equals a credit value of $400. Air comp value is $400.00 per seat for all origins. Can combine origins to reach group total.
